The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Omaha-Downtown/Old Market.
Rooms can be reserved online through the hotel website or by calling 402-346-9000 or 1-800-EMBASSY (1-800-362-2779) and referencing group code M13 or the Connect-Inform-Advance conference name. The conference rate per night of lodging is $119 for single/double occupancy, $129/night for triple occupancy, or $139/night for quad occupancy (or the prevailing government rate if guests are eligible), and includes complimentary breakfast and parking. Reservations must be received by the Embassy Suites by March 18 to guarantee this special conference rate.
Wireless internet will be complimentary in guest rooms and conference areas.

The Embassy Suites provides complimentary airport shuttle transportation and guest service shuttle transportation between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
Airport shuttle transportation: Transportation to and from Eppley Airport is available every half-hour between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12 a.m. The shuttle stop is located outside the airport terminal at door #5 (Southwest Airlines). In order to comply with airport security, the shuttle will pick up and drop off at the median area only.
Guest service shuttle transportation: Transportation runs every quarter after the hour and quarter before the hour on a first-come, first-serve basis (e.g., 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.).
Complimentary on-site parking will be available to attendees staying at the Embassy Suites. Conference attendees who do not stay at the Embassy Suites can valet park for $16 per day at the hotel. Self-parking city lots are available at 11th & Jackson and 10th & Harney streets. Metered street parking is also available nearby.
